Our Professional Fee Inclusions

• Guidance, care and attention from your own personal funeral consultant, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is our “continual care” policy that each family will be attended to by the same funeral consultant that they spoke with initially.

• Funeral arrangement conference by telephone and email or in the comfort of your home.

• Arrange the removal of the deceased from the place of death or coroner's facility.

• Provision of mortuary care by our experienced and qualified mortuary staff at our accredited mortuary facility.

• Placement of death and funeral notices in national or international media.

• Preparation of documentation and applications to make arrangements for cremation. 

• If requested, we will notify any clubs or associations of funeral particulars and issue member invitations.

• Liaising with medical professionals to arrange and collect all necessary documentation.

• Arrange floral tributes and collect and distribute attendance and tribute cards. 

• Organise the after-service reception, including catering. 

• Liaising with the celebrant or clergy and other service providers. 

• Coordinate and supervise all necessary staff and service providers to conduct the funeral ceremony. 

• Arrange the opening of monumental burial sites or the construction of monuments. 

• Registration of death with the State Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages. 

• Provision of advice and support before, during and following the funeral, including introduction to qualified grief counsellors, current listing of all local grief support associations and grief and loss literature, if requested.

• All funeral services are quoted within the Brisbane, Ipswich, Redlands, Gold Coast, Logan, and Northern New South Wales areas.

• Possible addition to our quoted services may be an after-hours transfer fee of $440.00. This fee is only applicable if we are required to bring the deceased into our care on a public holiday or outside of our standard business hours of Monday-Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm. This fee is not applicable if the deceased is in a public hospital or coroner’s facility.

• *A standard-sized coffin will suit a deceased person under 90 kilograms. Larger coffins are manufactured according to appropriate sizing. Our manufacturer charges an additional cost to produce a larger coffin. This fee will be reflected on the funeral account, if necessary. This applies to all of our quotations.
